A towel you have not washed tells you nothing. So unlike most shops, we want you to run them through a cycle before you make up your mind. Send them back washed and we still take them.
Write to us with your order number. We email a prepaid label. Drop the box off. Your refund goes back to the original payment method within five business days of it reaching us.
No restocking fee. No photographs of the packaging. No questions designed to talk you out of it.
If a towel comes back with damage that is not ours, we will say so and send it back to you. That is rare and we will always explain why.
