How long does shipping take?
Orders before 2:00 PM ET leave the same business day and deliver in three to five days in the US; international deliveries take a little longer. Shipping is free.
How do returns work?
You have 30 nights, and washing them first is encouraged. Email us with your order number and we will send the return instructions.
Where is my order?
You receive a tracking number as soon as the label is printed. If tracking has not moved in 48 hours, write to us and we chase the carrier for you.
Do you work with hotels or shops?
We do. Pick "Wholesale inquiry" in the form and tell us a little about your place; we reply with the possibilities.
