This Privacy Policy describes how RSK Group LLC, with its registered address at 312 W 2nd St #A9152, Casper, WY 82601, USA (“Sayu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit sayu.co (the “Site”), make a purchase, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Personal information we collect

Information you provide directly:

• Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address
• Order information: products purchased, order value, and payment method details (full card numbers are processed by our payment processors and are not stored by us)
• Communications: messages you send us by email or contact form, and your customer support history
• Marketing preferences: email and SMS subscription status, submitted through signup forms with your consent
• User content: product reviews, photos, or other content you choose to submit

Information collected automatically (via cookies and similar technologies):

• Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP
• Pages viewed, products browsed, time on site, referral source, and interactions with the Site
• Shopping behaviour such as items added to cart and completed purchases

Information from third parties: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping and order-tracking providers, and the advertising and analytics partners listed in Section 3.

2. How we use your personal information

• Process and fulfil orders, arrange shipping, process payments and refunds, and provide order tracking
• Issue prepaid return labels and administer returns and exchanges
• Provide customer support and answer your questions
• Send transactional messages such as order confirmations and shipping updates
• Send marketing by email and, where you have opted in, by SMS. You can unsubscribe or reply STOP at any time
• Personalise your experience and show you relevant products and advertising, including on third-party platforms
• Analyse and improve the Site, our products, and our marketing performance
• Detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations

3. How we share personal information

• E-commerce platform: Shopify Inc., which hosts our store and processes orders and payments
• Payment processors: Shopify Payments and the providers of the other payment methods offered at checkout, which process payment details to complete transactions and prevent fraud
• Shipping and fulfilment partners: the carriers and order-tracking providers used to deliver your order and to issue return labels
• Marketing platforms: our email and SMS providers, which process your contact details and preferences to send the communications you signed up for
• Advertising and analytics partners: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google, which collect information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our Site, and with which we may share hashed contact information such as a hashed email address to deliver and measure advertising, including custom and lookalike audiences
• Attribution and analytics tooling: providers that process order and marketing data so we can measure advertising performance
• Professional advisers and authorities: lawyers, accountants, and government or law enforcement authorities where required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers: a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing information with advertising partners for targeted advertising may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain US state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in Section 6.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyse traffic, and deliver and measure advertising. Categories include:

• Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site and checkout to function
• Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors use the Site
• Advertising cookies and pixels: set by partners such as Meta, TikTok, and Google to deliver relevant ads and measure their effectiveness

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where shown, our cookie preferences banner. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by applicable law: if you visit the Site with GPC enabled, we treat it as a request to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for that browser.

5. SMS marketing

If you opt in to SMS marketing we collect your phone number and consent records, including the date, time, and source of the opt-in, and use them to send recurring automated marketing and transactional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and synced across our marketing systems. Numbers of unsubscribed contacts are not used for further marketing.

6. Your privacy rights

6.1 US state privacy laws

Depending on your state of residence, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, Oregon, Montana, and others, you may have the right to:

• Know/access the personal information we hold about you, including the categories collected, the sources, the purposes, and the third parties it is shared with
• Delete your personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

To opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of your information, use our Your Privacy Choices page or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. To exercise any other right, write to support@sayu.co with the subject “Privacy Request.” We verify requests using the email address associated with your order. You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email.

Notice at collection (California): in the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and approximate geolocation), for the purposes in Section 2, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in Section 3. We retain personal information as described in Section 8. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

6.2 Visitors from outside the United States

We currently sell and ship within the United States only, and our Services are directed at US customers. If you visit the Site from outside the US, your browsing information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where a data protection law applicable to you gives you rights over that information, including rights to access, correct, or delete it, or to object to processing, write to support@sayu.co with the subject “Privacy Request” and we will honour them as that law requires.

7. International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and your personal information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or the recipient’s participation in a recognised data transfer framework.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy: order and transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes; marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion; analytics data according to the retention settings of the relevant tools. When personal information is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No security measure is perfect and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers to us by email.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version is posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes we give additional notice where the law requires it.
